Dairy farm manure mainly comes from the wastewater and sewage generated by cow manure and cleaning equipment. Cow feces and urine contain harmful substances, which will cause certain pollution to the environment if they cannot be effectively transformed and utilized.
1 Handling Principles
1) The principle of reduction, that is, through the adjustment of breeding structure and the development of cleaner production, such as rain and sewage diversion, dry and wet separation, dry and clean manure technology, improve digestibility and so on to reduce manure production.
2) Resource utilization, cow manure can be used as fertilizer and fuel after treatment.
3) Harmless, because cow dung contains a large number of pathogens, which will bring potential harm to people and animals.
2 Treatment process
According to factors such as the scale of breeding, the way of manure collection, the local geographical environment conditions and the direction of drainage, the treatment process with low operating cost is selected in the case of comprehensive utilization. For example, rain and sewage are diverted and the ecological recycling mode of "scraper + solid-liquid separation + fermentation + biogas" is adopted. The model consists of a manure collection system (i.e. a manure scraper and a sewage culvert), a manure pretreatment system (i.e., a solid-liquid separation machine, a fermenter, a biogas system, etc.). This treatment process reduces the total amount of manure discharge from cattle farms through the implementation of "rain and sewage diversion, dry and wet separation", recycles manure residue, and realizes the resource utilization of breeding wastewater.
